1. THE LEGAL NOTICE AND ITS ACCEPTANCE.

This legal notice (hereinafter, the "Legal Notice") ") regulates the use of the Internet portal service "www.medialabs.es" (hereinafter, the "Portal") that ADVANCED MEDIALABS S.L. 3. CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE OF THE PORTAL.

All information provided by the User through the Services must be truthful. For these purposes, the User guarantees the authenticity of all data communicated as a result of completing the necessary forms for subscribing to the Services. In any case, the User will be solely responsible for the false or inaccurate statements made and the damages caused to MEDIALABS or third parties due to the information provided.

3.4. Minors.

In order to use the Services, minors must previously obtain permission from their parents, guardians or legal representatives, who will be held responsible for all acts carried out by minors under their care. Full responsibility for determining the specific content and services accessed by minors corresponds to the adults in charge of them. is false, ambiguous, inaccurate, exaggerated or extemporaneous, in such a way that it misleads or may mislead about its object or about the intentions or purposes of the communicator

is protected by any intellectual or industrial property rights belonging to third parties, without the User having previously obtained from their owners the necessary authorization to carry out the use that they make or intend to make

violates the trade secrets of third parties

is contrary to the right to honor, personal and family privacy or the image of people

in any way undermines the credit of MEDIALABS or third parties

violates the regulations on confidentiality of communications

constitutes, where appropriate, illegal, misleading or unfair advertising and, in general, that constitutes unfair competition

incorporates viruses or other physical or electronic elements that may damage or prevent the normal functioning of the MEDIALABS network, system or computer equipment (hardware and software) or third parties or that may damage electronic documents and files stored on said computer equipment

causes due to its characteristics (such as format, extension, etc.) difficulties in the normal functioning of the Service

3.6. OBLIGATION TO MAKE CORRECT USE OF THE CONTENTS.

In accordance with the provisions of clause 3.5, the User agrees to use the content made available to Users on the Portal, understanding by them, without this list being limited, the texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons , technology, software, links and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source codes (hereinafter, the "Contents"), in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, the Particular Conditions of certain Services and others notices, regulations of use and instructions brought to your attention, as well as morality and generally accepted good customs and public order, and, in particular, you agree to refrain from:

Sending by email to any of the mailboxes that the User has or may have as and of which MEDIALABS is aware.

In this sense, all the Notifications that MEDIALABS makes to the User will be considered validly made if they have been made using the data and through the previously indicated means. For these purposes, the User declares that all the information provided by him is true and correct, and undertakes to notify MEDIALABS of all changes related to the notification data.

9. WITHDRAWAL AND SUSPENSION OF SERVICES

MEDIALABS may withdraw or suspend the provision of Services to those Users who fail to comply with the provisions of this Legal Notice at any time and without prior notice.

10. DURATION AND TERMINATION.

The provision of the Portal service and other Services has, in principle, an indefinite duration. MEDIALABS, however, is authorized to terminate or suspend the provision of the Portal service and/or any of the Services at any time, without prejudice to what may have been provided in this regard in the corresponding Particular Conditions. Whenever this is reasonably possible, MEDIALABS will give prior notice of the termination or suspension of the provision of the Portal service and other Services.

This Legal Notice is governed in each and every one of its extremes by Spanish law.
